Thank you for shopping with Garden Pool. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your provided delivery address.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates. Customers can pay in cash at the time of delivery to the courier representative.

3. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions within the UAE.
Standard delivery time: 1–3 (Monday–Friday) business days after order processing.
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time. If any delay occurs, our support team will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders above AED 500.
A flat AED 30 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 500.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete (street name, building, area, contact number, etc.).
Our courier partner may contact you before or during delivery to confirm availability.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, an additional delivery charge may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Claims for damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
